INTRODUCING
YOUR NEW WEB PANACHE CONTROL PANEL
An exciting
new Control Panel has been developed for
Web Panache customers. It allows
you to:

Modify
billing and contact information over the
web
-
Change your
FTP/FrontPage account password or reports
email without contacting
Support
-
Activate
your own scripts (including a new
guestbook, chat, password protection, etc)
The Control
Panel will be improved over time, both in
functionality and the addition of even
more features. To access it now, go to:

ANTI-SPAM EMAIL FILTERS

In an
attempt to reduce spam by at least 50%
before the year-end, Web Panache is
developing custom e-Mail Filters. E-mail
filters allow you to reject certain types
of e-mail messages based on key words in
the subject line or content of the
message. These e-mail filters will be
available through your Control Panel
within the next few weeks. You
will be able to turn them on or off at
will. You may preview the
list of filters
here.
NEW WEBSITE
RELEASED
We have
released a new website at
http://www.webpan.com. The account
ordering process has been streamlined
within this site. Returning
customers and resellers are now able to
login and retrieve existing information
when ordering a new product. This new site
will also replace the older site at
http://www.webpanache.com in the
coming weeks.
NEW ONLINE
WEB REPORTS INSTALLED
Customers
with a Plan 2 or above, and customers who
are currently receiving WebTrends reports
now have access to a free daily
tracking report online. These
reports are available via your Control
Panel or directly through a browser by
going to:
http://reports.webpanache.com/YourDomainNameWithNoDot
(i.e.
if your domain name is mydomain.com to get
to your reports directly in a browser
enter:
http://reports.webpanache.com/mydomaincom).
Note: Not all reports will contain data at
this time, however, we are 'crunching' the
computer logs and should have data
available for all applicable customers
within the next few days. You may
