For each page and application, there's little we won't do.
We enjoy our work immensely, and think it's time you knew,

Happy holidays from your friends at Web Panache.  We send
sincerest wishes for peace, happiness and prosperity to all
world citizens. Thank you for your business!

IBM HARD DISK FAILURE

We are thrilled to report that after two months of intensive labor, all Web Panache servers are now free of the defective IBM hard disks (model 75GXP) mentioned in earlier communiqués.  We also installed RAID-1 on all machines. Thank you for your patience as we made the necessary hardware replacements.

IBM still refuses to acknowledge the existence of the faulty disk but our personal experience (50% failure rate) has proven to us that it is not a matter of 'if' these hard disks will fail, but a matter of 'when'. We strongly recommend you check your own computers, and the computers of your friends and family for IBM Model 75GXP. If you own one, back up all data immediately and seek a replacement. To read more about the issue on the web (including a class action law suit in progress and personal horror stories of lost data) please reference:
