Responsible for responding to system pages and ensuring all servers
are "up". Must be able to troubleshoot and repair server
issues in the event the automated procedures fail. Also
responsible for first level customer support concerning anything
from e-mail configuration to assistance with publishing. Must be
familiar with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Index Server, Active
Server Pages, VBScript, Windows NT 4, IIS 4, iMail and FrontPage 98
and 2000. Must have excellent communication skills and the ability
to react to and resolve issues quickly. May work from home. |
Project

Responsible for following up on customer inquiries and determining
feasibility of various internet projects. Also responsible for
gathering requirements, defining the project scope/schedule and
acting as liaison between application developers, web designers and
customers. Must have excellent oral and written communication
skills, and be familiar with all internet technologies. Project
Analysts may also be called upon for light programming or web site
design. Background as a Systems Analyst or Project Manager in
computer industry a plus. |

Application Developers

Responsible for designing, building and supporting internal and
customer sponsored web applications. ColdFusion experience
preferred, however, candidates with strong development backgrounds
in any client server based language will be considered for
ColdFusion training. ASP experience a plus. May work from home |
